Product Summary

The tc7sh14fu is an advanced high speed CMOS SCHMITT inverter fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. The tc7sh14fu achieves the high speed operation to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The tc7sh14fu can be used to interface 5V to 3V system and two supply systems such as battery back up.
