The tc7set04fu is an advanced high speed CMOS inverter fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. The tc7set04fu acheives the high speed operation similar to equivalent bipolar shcottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The tc7set04fu can be used for level converter for intefacing 3 to 5V system.
