The rclamp7535m.tlt is a low capacitance tvs diode array. It is designed to protect high speed data interfaces. The RClamp series has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (cable discharge events), EFT (electrical fast transients), and lightning. The RClampTM7002M has been optimized for use on the next generation of ADSL interfaces. Their high surge capability makes them particularly useful in systems that utilize gas tubes as the primary protection component.
