The TC74VHC138F is an advanced high speed CMOS octal bus transceiver fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technolofy.It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent bipolar schottk TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissioation.The TC74VHC138F can be used to interface 5V to 3V systems and two supply systems such as battery back up. It can prevent device destruction due to mismatched supply and input voltages.
