Product Summary
The PVR2300N is an AC/DC relay. It is a dual-pole, normally open, solid-state replacement for electromechanical relay used for general purpose switching of analog signals. The PVR2300N utilizes international rectifier HEXFET power MOSFET as the output switches, driven by an integrated circuit photovoltaic generator of novel construction. The output switch is controlled by radiation from a GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED), which is optically isolated from the photovoltaic generator. Applications are (1)Process control; (2)Data acquisition; (3)Test equipment; (4)Multiplexing and scanning.
