Product Summary
The PVA2352NS is a single-pole, normally open, solid-state replacement for electromechanical relay. The PVA2352NS used for general purpose switching of analog signals. The PVA2352NS utilizes International Rectifier HEXFET power MOSFETs as the output switches, driven by an integrated circuit photovoltaic generator of novel construction. The output switch is controlled by radiation from a GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED), which is optically isolated from the photovoltaic generator. Applications are (1)Process control; (2)Data acquisition; (3)Test equipment; (4)Multiplexing and scanning.
