The tc7w14fu is a high speed C2MOS schmitt inverter fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. The tc7w14fu achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaing the C2MOS low power dissipation. Pin configuration and function of the tc7w14fu are same as the TC7WU04 but the inputs have 25% Vcc hysteresis and with its schmitt trigger function.
