Product Summary
The sn74hc132pwr is a quadruple positive-nand gate. It has different input threshold levels for positive- and negative-going signals. And it performs the Boolean function Y = A.B or Y = A + B in positive logic. The sn74hc132pwr is temperature compensated and can be triggered from the slowest of input ramps and still give clean jitter-free output signals.
Parametrics
sn74hc132pwr absolute maximum ratings: (1)Supply voltage range, VCC: –0.5 V to 7 V; (2)Input clamp current, IIK: ±20 mA; (3)Output clamp current, IOK: ±20 mA; (4)Continuous output current, IO: ±25 mA; (5)Continuous current through VCC or GND: ±50 mA; (6)Package thermal impedance: 86°C/W; (7)Storage temperature range: -65°C to 150°C.
