The hcpl-0454#50k optocoupler is similar to HPs other high speed transistor optocouplers but with shorter propagation delays and higher CTR. The hcpl-0454#50k also has a guaranteed propagation delay difference (tPLH - tPHL). These features of the hcpl-0454#50k make these optocouplers an excellent solution to IPM inverter dead time and other switching problems.
