Product Summary

The bsp77 is an N channel vertical power FET in Smart SIPMOS technology. Fully protected by embedded protection functions. Applications are (1)All kinds of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads in switching or linear applications; (2)μC compatible power switch for 12 V DC applications; (3)Replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
