Product Summary

The FSDM100 is an integrated Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) and Sense FET specially designed for high performance off-line Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. The FSDM100 is monolithic high voltage power switching regulator which combines a VDMOS Sense FET with a voltage mode PWM control block. Applications are (1)Charger & Adaptor for Mobile Phone, PDA & MP3; (2)Auxiliary Power for White Goods, PC, C-TV & Monitor; (3)SMPS for VCR, SVR, STB, DVD, and DVCD; (4)Adaptor for Camcorder.
