Product Summary

The PVG613 is a singlepole, normally open solid-state relay that can replace electromechanical relay in many applications. The PVG613 utilizes international rectifier proprietary HEXFET power MOSFET as the output switch, driven by an integrated circuit photovoltaic generator of novel construction. The output switch is controlled by radiation from a GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED) which is optically isolated from the photovoltaic generator. Applications are (1)Industrial control; (2)Computers and peripheral devices; (3)Audio equipment; (4)Power supplies and power distribution; (5)Factory automation.
