The MOC207R1M is a small outline optocouplers transistor. The MOC207R1M consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector, in a surface mountable, small outline, plastic package. The MOC207R1M is ideally suited for high density applications, and eliminate the need for throughthe- board mounting. Applications are(1)Feedback control circuits; (2)Interfacing and coupling systems of different potentials and impedances; (3)General purpose switching circuits; (4)Monitor and detection circuits.
