The MAX607EUA is the smallest CMOS, step-up DC-DC converters available for flash memory and PC (PCMCIA) cards. The MAX607EUA switches at up to 1MHz, permitting the entire circuit to fit in 0.25in, yet remain under .35mm high to fit Type 1, 2, and 3 card standards. Applications of the MAX607EUA include: PCMCIA Cards, Memory Cards, PCMCIA Slot Programming, Digital Cameras, Memory Programming and Hand-Held Equipment.
