Product Summary
The MAX4521CSE+T is a quad, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch. On-resistance (100Ω max) is matched between switch-es to 4Ω max, and is flat (12Ω max) over the specified signal range. Each switch can handle rail-to-rail analogsignals. The off-leakage current is only 1nA at +25°C and 10nA at +85°C. The MAX4521CSE+T has four normally closed (NC) switches,and the MAX4522 has four normally open (NO) switch-es. The MAX4521CSE+T has two NC switches and two NOswitches.The MAX4521CSE+T can operate with dual powersupplies ranging from ±2V to ±6V or a single supplybetween +2V and +12V. The MAX4521CSE+T fully specified for single +2.7V operation. Applications include Battery-Operated Equipment, Data Acquisition, Test Equipment, Avionics, Audio Signal Routing and Networking.
