The MM74HC14RM13TR is a high speed cmos hex schmitt inverter fabricated with silicon gate C 2 MOS technology. Pin configuration and function are the same as those of the M74HC04 but all input have 20% Vcc hysteresis level. The M74HC14RM13TR, together with its schmitt trigger function, allows it to be used on line receiver with slow rise/fall input signal.
